The Citizen’s Dividend

Using the revenue from land and resources to :

1. fund a yearly payment to all citizens
2. abolish all other taxes
3. rid us of all paid politicians

Three great – but still incomplete – examples:

1. How Alaska manages it’s oil resources to give every single Alaskan roughly $1,500 per year. That’s USD6000 for a family of four – each and every year.
2. How this city state, Singapore, manages it’s land in an incredibly positive way to provide affordable housing for all. And more…
3. Norway manages the Rent from its oil and real estate holdings for the public good. It’s now the richest country on the planet.

But countries can do even better! The key is in the land value.
